What Are The Side Effects of Aspartame (E951)?

Is aspartame bad for you? Side effects and health risks:

Aspartame is a substance that seriously damages one’s health.

The producers knew from the beginning the dangers of this substance and that it will destroy the health of the population, and yet they insisted on merchandise it.

Documents regarding the toxicity of E951 show that in order to be manipulated in the laboratory, one needs gloves, masks, special apron, and air purifier!

This substance still enjoys commercial success, as it is present in about 7,000 foods and drugs and used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide. As a result of laboratory tests, it was found also in products whose labels didn’t mention it.

Once registered on Pentagon’s list as a biochemical weapon, it is now ever-present in the daily diet of the world population!

It is the most widely used artificial sweetener in the world, but also the most dangerous additive. Its commercial names are: NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, Equal-Measure, Canderel, Beneva, Neotame. The European code for aspartame is E951, and it is “related” to E950 (acesulfame K), part of the chemical sweeteners (artificial) category.

It is obtained by a process of genetic engineering, and its main component, phenylalanine, is produced by a bacterium. Its sweetness power is 150-200 times greater than sugar and is calorie-free. Derived from it, Neotame is an even stronger poison than aspartame.

The company producing this artificial sweetener registered a profit of 996 million dollars in 1990 alone. It is a sophisticated drug. Its effect is intensified by the presence of glutamate and other excitotoxins. A small dose of aspartame added to a small dose of glutamate is converted into an even more toxic dose than the two substances separated.

It was discovered within the G.D. Searle company from Illinois, the USA, which in the past decades has produced other dangerous substances, intended to be included in food products, for example, the bovine growth hormone, rBGH. It was first sold under the name of NutraSweet.

Action Mechanism

As a result of metabolism in the human body, it breaks down into: 50% phenylalanine, 40% aspartic acid, 10% methanol, and diketopiperazine (DCP). Phenylalanine is an amino acid normally found in the brain. People suffering from phenylketonuria (PKU) can not metabolize phenylalanine.

This leads to the accumulation of very high levels of phenylalanine in the brain, which can be fatal. Dr. Russell Blaylock states that very high levels of phenylalanine accumulate, especially in certain areas of the brain: the hypothalamus, medulla oblongata, and corpus striatum.

In order to support the rapid growth of the fetus, many amino acids are required. The amount of amino acids in fetal veins is four times greater than in the mother’s blood. The natural food is a complex mixture of amino acids. No food has one or two isolated amino acids, as aspartame.

Dr. Louis J. Elsas, Professor of Pediatrics at Emory University, testified before the American Congress:

“I have spent 25 years in biomedical research, trying to prevent birth defects that occurred due to the excess of phenylalanine. And here’s my concern: it is a neurotoxin and a teratogen substance, which produces serious side effects, reversible in adults, but irreversible in the brain of the fetus or child.”

The so-called dietary supplements containing phenylalanine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, and other amino acids decarboxylase are neuroexcitotoxines, marketed either out of ignorance or intentionally, as they do the opposite of what they are intended to do. The isolated phenylalanine interrupts neuronal transmission, intoxicates and deprives the brain of nutrients, leading to mental retardation, depression, migraine, etc.

Aspartic acid (Asp) is the second amino acid from this artificial sweetener, found in a proportion of 40%. When isolated, it is an excitotoxin, exciting the neurons to their complete destruction. Like formaldehyde, aspartame is an agent that destroys chromosomes.

The neurological dangers for the fetus are obvious. The chromosomal damage within the mother’s body may be inherited by the child, and all future generations are threatened by the inheritance of chromosomal destruction.

Methanol (methyl alcohol) metabolizes by E951’s oxidation, to form formaldehyde and then formic acid. It gradually accumulates in the body and inhibits the metabolism of oxygen. Methanol is obtained in the small intestine when the methyl group of aspartame encounters the chymotrypsin enzyme. Formaldehyde is a lethal neurotoxin that interferes with the process of DNA replication and causes birth defects.

Methanol and formaldehyde poisoning generate a series of degenerative diseases, as well as functional abnormalities in the body.

The Environmental Protection Association (EPA) says: „Methanol is a cumulative poison, because once ingested, it is very hard to eliminate. Within the body, methanol is oxidized and breaks down into formaldehyde and formic acid: both highly toxic.” Therefore, EPA recommends a dose limit of methanol of 7.8 mg/day. But one liter of diet drink contains about 56 mg of methanol!

Methanol is present naturally in certain fruit and vegetables (for example, tomatoes), but it is never found isolated from ethanol and pectin, the latter preventing methanol from being metabolized into formaldehyde and formic acid, both lethal toxins. Synthetic methanol is a poison. The lethal dose is 1 ml/kg body! Absorption of 50 to 100 ml is deadly to humans, although there are cases where death occurred for less than 30 ml.

The amount of methanol in E951 is 1,000 times higher than that in ordinary food, according to the American magazine Medical World News from 1978. In addition, methanol from aspartame is “pure methanol,” which is not found as such in nature. Methanol, in nature, is always mixed with ethanol and other compounds that reduce its concentration when released into the human body.

It is sufficient for the bottles of sodas to stay several hours in a warehouse or in a vehicle without cooling and exposed to sunlight, for them to become highly toxic. Thousands of light beverage containers were sent to soldiers who participated in the “Desert Storm” operation. The crates of soft drinks remained in containers for weeks, at a temperature above 40° C.

Many soldiers showed identical disorders to symptoms of methanol poisoning: headaches, tinnitus, dizziness, nausea, gastrointestinal disturbances, weakness, vertigo, chills, memory loss, numbness of limbs, and abnormal behavior. The most known problems of methanol poisoning are visual disturbances: gradual loss of vision, haziness, progressively restricted field of vision, retinal damage, and ultimately blindness.

Due to the absence of some key enzymes, people are more exposed to the toxic effects of methanol than animals. Therefore, tests of aspartame and methanol on animals do not accurately reflect the dangers of these substances on humans. Moreover, formaldehyde causes foreign proteins to be perceived by the immune system as antigens, activating immune responses to destroy them.

The immune system turns against its own tissues, and thus, lupus erythematosus occurs (a chronic, autoimmune disease in which the patient’s immune system fails to distinguish between its own tissues and intruders, attacking them).

This artificial sweetener distorts fetal tissues, creating antigenic stimuli that attract their destruction by the immune system. The ending of pregnancy can be so fast that the mother does not have time to notice the difference between the delay of menstruation and abortion.

The substance directly attacks the fetus as well. One example is fetal alcohol syndrome. Drinking beverages containing E951 by the mother seriously damages the fetus.

The deformities that occur will scar the baby for life: disability and lack of mental acuity in children who survive uterine alcohol intoxication. Methyl alcohol poisoning is 50 times stronger than alcohol intoxication (in alcoholic beverages), and formaldehyde poisoning is 5,000 times more powerful.

Carefully assembled in the aspartame molecule, these neurotoxins are 20,000 times more powerful than alcoholic beverages. Due to the extreme toxicity of aspartame, even low doses are destructive, harming the nervous system of the fetus and the structures linked to it.

Chelating Ability

In Latin, chelate means claw; in chemistry, chelate is a chemical compound that retains other chemicals, mostly metals. One of the reasons for which the FDA first rejected the approval of this substance is its strong chelating action, by which it quickly extracts toxic or nontoxic metals and carries them throughout the body (it even extracts metals that normally the body would reject during digestion and quickly eliminate them).

For example, the danger of lead poisoning of the brain and other organs becomes a serious threat.

Many of the metals that NutraSweet carries throughout our entire body are as toxic as lead. Aspartic acid combines (forming chelates) with chromium (a necessary element for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland).

People who consume large quantities of aspartame may be falsely diagnosed with Basedow-Graves disease, for which the patient undergoes therapies by radiation of the thyroid gland, without treating the actual cause!

Aspartame Disease

When patients who complain of symptoms associated with aspartame cease to consume those certain products, the symptoms disappear, but they return when the person begins to consume aspartame again. Doctors call this symptomatology “aspartame disease”.

Symptoms can develop immediately or gradually and may degenerate into chronic diseases. There are E951 consumers who don’t seem to suffer immediate reactions. However, they are likely to develop long-term diseases.

It changes the amino acid levels in the blood, blocking or decreasing the levels of serotonin, tyrosine, dopamine, norepinephrine, and adrenaline (normally produced by both the adrenal glands and certain neurons).

Thus, emotional disorders occur, such as: headaches, insomnia, depression, hostility, and anxiety.

No wonder psychotropic medication sales are extremely high: they cover all these problems! Finally, people need to know that aspartame interacts with all drugs and vaccines. Therefore, as long as people consume it, no medicine that they use is safe.
